Warranty

What happens if my motorbike arrives damaged?
If your motorbike arrives damaged, please contact us directly by phone or email within three working days from the date of delivery. While we do not cover damage caused during shipping, we will work together with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
What if a component of my motorbike is defective?
If your product arrives with a defective component and is reported within three working days from the delivery date, we will cover the component under our warranty policy. We will try to repair any failed components to a functional, like-new condition. If a component cannot be repaired, we will replace it.
What are the conditions for the warranty to be valid?
The warranty is valid if the bike was purchased directly from VinciMotorbike.com or one of our authorized retailers, the owner is the original and first owner of the bike, the bike has been used for its intended purposes, and the electronics have not been repaired or modified. Additionally, the bike should only be ridden on paved roads and trails, and the total weight of the rider and any cargo should not exceed the manufacturer’s specified limit.
What happens if the warranty claim is found to be invalid?
If Vinci Motorbike determines that the claim is not covered under warranty and the customer is within the return period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
