Cancellations and Order Changes

Bike Order Cancellations:
Bike orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact the Customer Support team at info@vincimotorbike.com. If the bike has already shipped, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.

Preorders and Backorders:
Contact our Customer Support team for assistance with preorders and backorders.

Order Changes:
We cannot modify items once an order is placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it and help you place a new one. If it has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Refer to our return policy below.

Address Changes:
We cannot update shipping or billing addresses for accessories, merchandise, or parts orders after confirmation. For bike orders requiring a signature upon delivery, address changes must be approved by Vinci Motorbike and may incur rerouting fees. Contact our Customer Support team directly for assistance.

Storage Fees:
If you miss your scheduled delivery or need to delay it after shipment, additional charges will apply before delivery can be rescheduled.

Returns and Refunds

Bike Returns:
We do not accept returns on damaged bikes. Submit photos of items to our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery for verification. If approved, a refund will be processed after receipt of the bike and inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. 

Battery Returns:
All battery purchases are final sale, except under warranty conditions and with our approval.

Accessory, Apparel, and Replacement Part Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement for U.S. orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging. Items returned with dirt, debris, or signs of wear will be returned to you as non-returnable. Complete the return form at the bottom of this page for returns or exchanges.

Showroom and Service Center Purchases:
Items purchased in-store must be returned at the showroom or service center.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. If your payment method is no longer available, contact your bank. Allow 7-10 business days for funds to be credited.

Affirm Refunds:
Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. Check your Affirm account for status updates. If your refund is still missing after 14 days, contact Affirm.
